The hotel had a musty smell in the rooms and encountered a hassle due to a double booking issue, but on the bright side, the rooms featured an LED shower head which was fun for the kids. The service was efficient yet could be more attentive. The location was convenient for travelers particularly for ferry access, and dining options were satisfactory. Facilities were adequate for a short stay.
